If you purchased the wrong software you must report this within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours there is a strict no refund policy and you have to purchase a new license. The cost for exchanging software is US$ 10.00. We have the right to refuse this software exchange.
Our software is Windows compatible, we do not support Mac/Ios etc. We will not honor refunds if you run Mac OS and did not try the software first.
This policy is also shown when you install the software and by installing and purchasing a software license you agree that you have read and agree to this no refund policy. If you dispute any purchase you will be excluded from any future software purchases.
