ARC Upgrade Information

If you own a 'BASIC' license you can always upgrade to the 'PRO' version of the same software package.
For example: If you own a license for ARC396BASIC you can upgrade to ARC396PRO.
You can not upgrade to other packages, so if you own a licens for ARC396BASIC you can not upgrade to ARC996PRO.

Upgrade process:
- purchase the upgrade product using one of the links below
- within 24 hours you will receive an email requesting to email us your ARC BASIC license
- we will then issue a new license for the PRO version

IMPORTANT:
Upgrades are processed manually so it takes some time before they are processed. Typical processing time during weekdays is 24 hours.
